Trade Account Terms

Unicorn Kitchenware offers trade accounts to eligible business customers. By applying for and using a trade account, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility
Trade accounts are available to registered Australian businesses in the hospitality industry, including cafes, restaurants, and food service operators. A valid ABN and proof of business operation may be required during the application process.

Account Activation
To activate a trade account and receive trade pricing:

• • A minimum purchase of $100 AUD (excluding GST and shipping) must be made.
  • Until this qualifying purchase is completed, your account will remain inactive and standard retail pricing will apply.

Trade Discounts

• • Approved trade customers will receive access to discounted pricing on most (but not all) items.
  • Discounts vary by product and may be updated without notice.

Payment Terms

• • Trade accounts are not credit accounts.
  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods.

Account Use & Termination

• • Trade accounts and trade pricing are issued solely for the use of the approved business and may not be shared.
  • Accounts will be deactivated if there is no purchase activity for a period of 12 months or more. In such cases, customers will be required to re-apply for a trade account.”
  • Unicorn Kitchenware reserves the right to review, modify, or deactivate trade accounts at its sole discretion, in cases of misuse, policy breach, or inactivity.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfer. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.
We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Disclaimer of Product Liability

Unicorn Kitchenware acts solely as a distributor and does not manufacture any of the products sold. To the extent permitted by law:

• We do not accept liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from the use of products purchased from us, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
• If a product is found to be defective within its warranty period, remedies will be provided by the manufacturer. Unicorn Kitchenware will assist in facilitating the warranty process where needed.
