Processing Times

Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 business days after payment has been made. During peak periods, there may be slight delays. Deliveries are only made during weekdays. There are no deliveries on weekends. 

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer delivery throughout metropolitan Melbourne using reliable courier services. Freight charges vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order, and will be calculated after your order is received and confirmed by us.

Click & Collect / Local Pickup

Click & Collect is available for in-stock items purchased through our online store. We aim to have your order ready within 2 hours during business hours.  Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a pickup notification via email or SMS.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we’ll follow it up promptly. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers but will always assist in resolving delivery issues.
