LOTUS ROCK Coating System
This special nano-silica coating is permeable to cooking oils, allowing them to seep inside the surface to strengthen its non-stick capability. Adding a small amount of oil before cooking creates a surface for a high quality cooking experience. Underneath the nano-silica coating is a thick, hard layer of ceramic, making the grill extremely durable and safe to use with metal utensils.
High heat resistance enables the lotus rock pan to impart a smoky aroma to food and high ridges allows fat to deter away from ingredients.
